Wholesaling Properties

Being a Wholesaler of  property allows my family and I to server the community in many positive ways.  First we get to help people that have no other alternatives make good decisions about how to dispose of a property that is costing them money and their credit rating.  The properties that we wholesale come from a variety of possible situations, such as per-foreclosure, foreclosure, tax lien, problem property, short sale, quick sale, and several other situations.  The people that we work with need to get out from under a daunting debt.  We help them make good decisions, for example we may catch them up on their mortgage during the buy process.  This action allows the seller to walk away out of debt with their head held high.
